Southwest Probation

Providing professional, ethical, and diligent service to the court, the offender, and the community.
Our Firm
All of the SWPS employees but two are certified district court officers through the state of Arkansas. The two who are not are currently working on their certifications. SWPS also attends two conferences a year put on by the AOC, as well as training regarding veterans courts and drug courts. We are also all certified in drug testing, such as hair follicle, urinalysis, D.O.T. and DNA testing.

At Southwest Probation Services, we are committed to helping create the best possible client management outcomes for our customers and the communities they serve. We demonstrate that commitment by offering high-quality electronic monitoring hardware, drug screening process and exemplary customer service maintained through our certification.
