Meet Our Team
Brady Harmon
Brady was born, raised, and graduated high school in Arkadelphia. Brady began his law enforcement career when he was hired by the Arkadelphia Police Department as a Dispatcher / 911 Operator. After two years of sitting behind a desk he finally was able to reach his lifelong dream of becoming a Police Officer when he was promoted to Patrol. He graduated from the Arkansas Law Enforcement Training Academy in 2003. In the eight years, he spent at the department he earned the rank of Corporal and also became a School Resource Officer. He roamed the halls of Arkadelphia High School, and Goza Middle School, before making the jump to Southwest Probation Services in August of 2011.
Lauren Nolan
Lauren was born and raised in Bryant Arkansas where she also graduated high school. She met and married her husband and they started their family with their three daughters. She began law enforcement in 2008 as a 911 dispatcher with the Bryant Police Department, then became a full-time jailer at the Saline County Jail in 2011. She joined Southwest probation in mid-2015 where she became a member of the Arkansas district court officers Association, the Arkansas drug court professional association, and the national Association of drug court professionals.
Terry Hearnsberger
Terry graduated from Magnet Cove High School but has spent the last 40 years in Arkadelphia. He has been a fireman for 34 years where he has been the chief at the Caddo Valley fire department since 2004. He’s been married for over 32 years and has three adult children with his wife Sharon. Terry has been with Southwest Probation since 2009.
Our Skills
All of the SWPS are certified district court officers through the state of Arkansas. SWPS also attends two conferences a year put on by the AOC, as well as training regarding veterans courts and drug courts.
